Other Activites During Course

So that you will not get bored by daily yogic activities, hence we provide outdoor activities to refresh your mind. Also, Food & Accommodation is our prime priority.

We give one day break from the study on Sunday for Retreats program which is like spending away from one's normal life.

Besides this, we also go for Rafting, Trekking, Kunjapuri temple darshan, local cultural sightseeing which helps you to know about the cultural, tradition or basic elements of culture and lifestyle of the population in a particular place. Also, we go for Spiritual Village Walking, which guarantees you the end of this difficult phase and continuing joyful life. All these are included in the course.

Food plays an important role in yogic life and same happens with Accommodations also. So, Bearing this in mind, we provide healthy and hygienic food with proper sanative accommodation. We have neat and clean rooms with attached washrooms for students. Also, we offer free wi-fi in the school area.

You will get running hot and cold water 24x7. Hygienic Sattvic Food is given to students which include 3 hygienic yogic meals and herbal - detox tea in morning and evening.

Hariom Yogashala is located on the banks of holy River Ganga at Tapovan in Rishikesh. Rishikesh is a beautiful city located in the state of Uttarakhand. You can reach to our school by 3 ways-

1. By Air: Dehradun Airport (also, Jolly Grant Airport) is the nearest Airport to Rishikesh which is about at a distance of 21 km. Dehradun Airport is directly connected to Delhi with daily flights which take maximum 60 minutes to reach. You can get the flight to Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi from your country. There are approx 15 flights from Delhi to Dehradun Airport in between a time interval of 1 hour.After reaching Dehradun Airport, you will get taxis to Rishikesh otherwise we can also pick-up you from there with suitable charges.

2. By Road: Many luxury and normal buses are easily available from Delhi & Meerut to Rishikesh. Also, you can get cab or taxis from Delhi to Rishikesh and from Rishikesh Bus Stand, we will arrange a cab to our school with appropriate charges. We also arrange a direct cab from Delhi Airport to our school with additional charges. It will take about 6 to 7 hour to reach Rishikesh from Delhi by road.

3. By Train: There are frequent trains to Haridwar Railway Stations from Delhi. We will pickup you from Haridwar Railway Station with appropriate charges. Approx 5 to 6 hour is taken to reach Haridwar from Delhi by train.
